About the Event / Get out there and move!

On June 20th 2015, the CCAC, the Dairy Farmers of Canada and U.N.I Training,  will be hosting the third-annual Sortez! Bougez!/Get Out There and Move  event, in Montreal. Sortez! Bougez! is a motivating and enjoyable day of physical activity to promote healthy lifestyles and colorectal cancer prevention. The CCAC values how physical activity has been proven to reduce the chance of developing colorectal cancer among other chronic diseases. Come join Montrealers and their families on the Lachine Canal to participate in the fitness event of the summer!

Sortez! Bougez! is an endurance challenge for individuals and families of all fitness levels. All participants will challenge themselves to complete 4 classes in a row.

  • An energetic Zumba class to start off the day
  • A kickboxing class to tone your body and relieve stress
  • A boot camp class to challenge your stamina
  • A yoga class to cool down and stretch

Each class is 30-45 minutes long with breaks. All classes will have variations to meet everyone’s physical needs!

Sortez! Bougez!  will be held right on the Lachine canal with beautiful views of Montreal. In case of rain all classes will be held at U.N.I Training center 5 minutes from the Canal.

Healthy snacks and lunch will be available all day.
